The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature on the mountain slope between Fuengirola and Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The house is south facing so you can enjoy the sun all day. It is just a 5-minute drive by car to the picturesque White Mountain village of Mijas Pueblo and about 15 minutes to the beaches of Fuengirola and Mijas Costa. A tennis / paddle and fitness club is a 10-minute drive away.

The villa is surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of privacy and various terraces with panoramic views. Furthermore, a large half covered terrace with large dining table (8/10 people) and a spacious lounge area. The ample swimming pool with attached sun terrace is the perfect place to relax. There is also an orchard with orange, lemon, avocado and grapefruit trees. There is ample parking for several cars.

In the village of Mijas you will find various supermarkets, shops, restaurants and attractive narrow streets and squares with cosy terraces. At the edge of the village is a beautiful hiking park where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and the Mediterranean coast. It is about 15 minutes'' drive from Fuengirola Beach. Here you can stroll along the 8 km long promenade with plenty of restaurants, terraces and shops. Also worth a visit are the Castillo Sohail and the beautiful zoo. In addition, there is an indoor shopping mall El Miramar with a rooftop karting track, the El Corte Ingles shopping center and a Parque Acuático water park in Mijas Costa. The city of Malaga with a beautiful city centre and lively Marina harbour is just half an hour driving away. Just like the well known beach resort of Marbella with its luxury shops, clubs and restaurants.

LIVING ROOM
From the hall you have access to the bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room with adjacent TV room. From the living room you enter the dining room with doors to the south facing terrace. The dining room has a door to the spacious kitchen with additional dining area. IN PRESENT: Air conditioning cold / warm in all bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace and two comfortable sofas with two recliners. In the adjacent dining room is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs in the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen was completely renovated in 2019 in a luxurious country style. The stylish kitchen has a cooking island with a breakfast bar and an induction hob with built-in steam extraction. Available appliances: American fridge/freezer with ice machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and mixer. An open passageway leads to the dining room.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Utility room with much storage space and washing machine.

BEDROOMS
In total there are four bedrooms, all with sufficient wardrobes and air conditioning / heating. The first bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200, an en-suite bathroom and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 X 200. The third bedroom consists of two single beds of 90 x 190 and an additional single bed of 80 x 180. The fourth bedroom has two single beds of 90 X 200, an additional single bed of 90 X 190 and an en-suite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
Four bathrooms. The first bathroom has a bathtub, a bathroom cabinetwith double sinks, a hairdryer and a toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a sink, oilet and bidet. The third bathroom has a shower, a sink, toilet and bidet. The fourth bathroom has a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.

TERRACE
Around the house are several partly covered terraces orientated on the east, south and west so there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. From the terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking view all around. On the covered terrace you will find the brick barbecue and a wooden patio table with 6 chairs. On the south facing terrace you can relax in the lovely lounge set consisting of a corner sofa with a comfortable armchair. On the terrace on the east is a plastic patio table with 5 plastic chairs.

GARDEN
Finca la fuente is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and well maintained subtropical garden of 4000 m2. Here you will find beautiful mature palm trees and a wealth of flowers in all colors and smells. In the fruit orchard in front of the finca is a vegetable garden with various mandarin and orange trees.

Parking on own plot for 4 cars.

The entrance is secured with an entrance gate and alarm is present.
