Las Brisas Estepona is a lovely little development of apartments located in the Estepona Golf area.

The design of this apartment is superb, it is bright and airy, with high ceilings, large rooms and abundant natural light.

What strikes you on entering is the natural light that pours in from the dual aspect patio windows. This living area is big and reaches north to south with terraces at either side. This is a huge bonus to have both a shaded terrace and a sunny one. That said, terraces are not lacking in this penthouse: The main terrace is south facing, over looking the golf course and glass curtained. It is idyllic, peaceful, sunny and with great views. The second terrace off the living area is north facing, a haven from the summer sun or a sunny breakfast area. The last terrace is the roof terrace which spans the entire size of the apartment. It is a blank canvas to create a whole second living space on which to enjoy the views, the sun and Med lifestyle. Back inside and the kitchen is well appointed and again, an excellent size with a window of it's own to the south terrace, the kitchen opens on to the living area. The master bedroom is to the south of the apartment and is huge, large enough for a queen size bed, there are masses of fitted wardrobes and a well appointed en-suite. The second bedroom is also a double, with access to the north terrace and again, lots of wardrobe space. The community has a great swimming pool, large enough for proper swimmers to do their laps.

This is a really tranquil and peaceful location and yet only a 5 minute drive to the coast and an added bonus is the Alcazaba lagoon just 5 minutes inland. Estepona Golf Club House is a few minutes stroll away also.

The apartment has new air conditioning fitted and an allocated parking space. There are no lifts although it is only 2 flights of stairs and worth it!
